Administrator/Owner Gloria Klinefelter has a BS in education and over 25 years
of experience working in the business community, as well as experience
in Human Resources. She is a member of the Better Business Bureau, and
Minnesota Home Care Association.

Director of Nursing Services Kathleen Korba, RN has over 25 years of nursing experience in the areas of Home Care and Long Term Care. She is certified in CPR/AED, and Geriatric Nursing. She has worked not only as a field/staff nurse but as a Case Manager as well.
HR Director Cindy Franklin has 15 years of experience in a wide variety of businesses. Her responsibilities at Covenant Companies include payroll, benefits administration, interviewing/hiring, and staffing.
Covenant Companies follows Medicare Licensing requirements and in accordance
with that has both a Governing Board and Professional Advisory Board that
work with the Managerial Team.
