Covenant Home Care’s Personal Care Assistants
Covenant
Care’s personal care assistants provide necessary services to clients
as determined by the patient’s plan of care. Our personal care assistants
are under the direct supervision of our supervisory nurses. Some services
provided include:
- Basic personal care such as toilet and grooming activities, bathing, hair care, assistance with clothing or exercise
- In-home assistance with medications/health care.
- Assistance with nutrition such as menu planning, grocery shopping and meal preparation.
- Documenting behavior, activities and progress on data sheets; completes various reports and forms
- Evaluates and determines individual's strengths and needs
