Covenant Home Care’s home health aides provide health-related services for patients under the directive of a licensed RN. Home health care aides provide services like:
Administering
oral medications or medication reminders- Checking pulse rates, temperatures, and respiration rates
- Helping with simple prescribed exercises
- Keeping client’s room clean
- Moving patients from beds/chairs
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Changing nonsterile dressings
- Giving massages
- Assisting with braces and artificial limbs
- Preparing meals
Covenant Home Care’s home health aides keep stringent record of services performed and record their client’s changing health condition. Changes are reporting to registered supervisory nurses, and the care plan is reviewed at least monthly to determined if changes need to be made in the care plan.
