As a Class A Medicare certified agency:
Home Health Aides must have completed a training course and be registered with the MN Nursing Assistant Registry, as well as complete the orientation with Covenant Care.
Personal Care attendants and Homemakers are given an extensive orientation inclusive of the Medicare requirements, but do not have to be registered with the MN Nursing Assistant Registry.

All Professional Staff, Nurses and Therapists must have the MN state licensing requirements for their jobs on file. All Nurses are certified in CPR/ADT, as well as receive on going education pertinent to the Home Care setting.
